Return & Exchange Policy

At Lavender Education, each item is made with care to support and celebrate our community of LGBTQIA2S+ writers, artists, and educators. While we do not accept returns, we want you to feel good about your purchase.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your item, we offer exchanges for a product of equal value within 14 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

• Email us at kimmtopping@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

• Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged).

• You’ll be responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange and send out your replacement.

Please note:

• No refunds will be issued.

• Digital products and event tickets are not eligible for exchange.
