Return & Exchange Policy

At Lavender Education, each product and service is made with care to support and celebrate our community of writers, artists, and educators. While we do not accept returns, we want you to feel good about your purchase.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your item, we offer exchanges for a product of equal value within 14 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

• Email us at kimmtopping@gmail.com with your order reciept and reason for the exchange.

• Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged).

• You’ll be responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange and send out your replacement.

Please note:

• No refunds will be issued.

• Digital products and event tickets are not eligible for exchange.
